Heritage is so excited to be offering affordable townhomes built by JordanBuilt homes in Heritage Trace starting in the low $160′s. The Trace is located close to the Heritage swim club with the lazy river, zero-entry pool, water dome and club house the residents can use. There are several miles of walking trails, pocket parks, a butterfly garden, fishing pond and so much more all right outside your front door. These charming townhomes will have a detached one car garage and a patio area.
The first building is currently in framing, but many people have been asking to see a representation of what they look like finished. JordanBuilt Homes has built these homes in other communities and they have a model home of the Riverwood floorplan in Highland Village in Cary. The following pictures are of this model home.
The exteriors of the home will be similar with the stone, shutters, front porches, etc. The biggest difference from what you see here is that the garages and driveways for the homes in Heritage Trace will be behind the house, not in front of the house as shown in the picture. The Trace will have its own sidewalk that runs along the front of the building with lateral sidewalks off of the sidewalk to each of the homes in the building. Also in the family rooms above the fireplaces, the Trace townhomes will all be set up for flatscreens, not for a TV Niche as shown in the picture.
